Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ranchi Car Rentals, we strive to offer flexible and transparent refund policies:

Cancellation:

• Cancel more than 24 hours before start time for a refund minus processing fee.

• Cancel within 24 hours may incur full or partial charges.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds:

• Processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Security deposits refunded after vehicle inspection.

Modifications:

• Subject to availability and additional charges.

• Generally non-refundable.

Force Majeure:

• Refunds or waivers may be granted in extraordinary circumstances.
